All orders are subject to availability, that the product has been not removed from the range, but not removed from the website, in the instance that a personalised item is required a price will be advised once you have requested the product.
We will endevour to deliver all products in the UK within 10 working days, this maybe extended if the order has been specifically designed for yourselves and is subject to availability. Outside of the UK delivery times will differ.
Shipping costs, are depending on the amount of items ordered, weight and type of delivery that has been requested, all products will be sent via recorded delivery, so that proof of dispatch can be provided, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have the product delivered to an address that will have a reliable signatory. Unfortunately we are unable to post to PO Box addresses.
Returns, if a product has been custom printed, returns are not accepted. If you have purchased a standard product, returns will only be given if the product is still within the sealed packaging, we will not accept any returns, if the product has been worn or is dirty. We required to be informed by email immediately and is return to us within 7 days of receipt. Postage and packaging will not be refunded and the product must be returned to us at your expense. Products cannot be returned 7 days after the delivery date. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at
